What exactly is Veterian?
Veterian is software that runs your entire clinic. It handles appointments, medical records (SOAP), billing, inventory, and client reminders. It lives in the cloud, so you don't need to install anything.
How does the free trial work?
You can try everything for free. No credit card required. Just sign up here and you're in. If you like it, great. If not, you owe us nothing.
Why should I choose Veterian?
Because we listen. Most of our features come from vets telling us "I wish the software did X." We update the platform constantly to make your life easier.
Also, it's simple. You don't need a manual to figure it out. New staff can learn it in an afternoon.
Are there limits on clients or pets?
Nope. Add as many clients, pets, and appointments as you want. We don't punish you for growing.
Does it work on my phone?Mac? PC?
Yes to all. It's a web app, so if your device has a browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), it works.
You can check your schedule on your phone, write notes on an iPad, or bill clients on a PC. It all syncs instantly.
How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe right inside the app whenever you're ready. Navigate to settings and pick a plan.

Is my data safe?
Yes. We take security very seriously. Your data is encrypted (like a bank), and we never sell it to anyone.
We back up everything automatically. If your clinic computer crashes or getting stolen, your data is still safe in the cloud. Just log in from a new device and keep working.
We are ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. That's fancy talk for "we meet international standards for keeping data safe."
Can I download my data?
Absolutely. It's your data, not ours. You can download a full backup (Excel format) anytime you want with one click.
